Come grab a seat in the music circle and get your bodys ready to enjoy a fun time with your littles! 

 

Rhythm and Roots is a joyful, music-and-movement-based Mommy and Me class designed to nurture connection, creativity, and cultural exploration between caregivers and their little ones. Perfect for children ages 0 to 4 years, each session is designed with fun in mind, as well as a detailed understanding of child development and growth. From two experienced music educators and mommas of littles, we are excited to bring our love of music to you and your kids. We will play and sing and dance- we strive to make this the best 30 minutes of your day!
